Michael Ponticello
CEO/President
Michael has over 30 years of HVAC experience. He has seen thousands of scenarios and solutions that enable him and the AIRPROS team to provide solutions for new build applications/construction/installations plus existing structures and facilities.
Nick Mallozzi
Field Operations Manager
Nick Mallozzi brings more than 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with an extensive background managing and executing complex mechanical projects. Throughout his career, Nick has successfully managed more than $500 million in HVAC and mechanical projects, spanning high-end residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
His experience in project management, field operations, system coordination, and large-scale installations provides AIRPROS Inc. with high-level technical expertise and leadership, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest industry standards.
Ron Gerber
Chief Marketing Officer/Chairman
Ron Gerber was AIRPROS’ first customer when Michael Ponticello formed the company. With his first-hand knowledge of the company, plus extensive corporate, operational and entrepreneurial experience, Ron joined AIRPROS to accelerate its growth and oversee marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, etc. He received a BS in Engineering from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
TJ Omelia
Lead Estimator/Project Manager
TJ has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with hands-on expertise ranging from field work in attics to inside sales, estimating, and project management. For the past seven years, he has specialized in estimating and managing projects, providing accurate cost assessments while working closely with general contractors to keep projects on schedule and expectations aligned.
Michele Laiosa
Internal Operations and Scheduling
Michele Laiosa brings more than 20 years of experience in HVAC service coordination and client relations, with extensive expertise in managing customer needs, scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating service calls, and overseeing service technicians.
Michele's exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is key to the AIRPROS customer experience. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to understanding each client's individual needs ensure that service requests are handled efficiently and professionally from initial contact through completion.
Her ability to coordinate technicians, customers, and schedules while maintaining high-level communication makes Michele an invaluable part of the AIRPROS Inc. service team and a trusted point of contact for our clients.
Victor Contreras
Lead HVAC Field Tech
Victor brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and is a key technical resource for the AIRPROS Inc. service team. His extensive field experience and deep understanding of complex HVAC systems allow him to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve challenging technical issues.
In addition to his diagnostic expertise, Victor plays an important role in supporting and training AIRPROS field technicians. When technicians encounter difficult situations during service calls, Victor provides real-time technical guidance, helping them work through troubleshooting procedures and reach an accurate diagnosis quickly and efficiently.
His combination of technical knowledge, field experience, problem-solving ability, and technician mentorship helps AIRPROS reduce diagnostic time, improve first-call resolution, and maintain a consistently high standard of service for our clients.
Karen Mallozzi
Administrative Coordinator
Karen brings more than 25 years of HVAC office and administrative experience to AIRPROS Inc., with extensive knowledge of the day-to-day operations required to keep a successful HVAC company running efficiently.
Her responsibilities include administration, billing, accounting, accounts payable, and financial coordination, ensuring that vendor obligations and company payables are processed accurately and on time.
Karen also works closely with Michele and TJ, assisting with many of the critical daily responsibilities that support both the office and field operations. Her organization, attention to detail, and decades of industry experience make her an essential part of the AIRPROS Inc. team, helping ensure the business operates smoothly behind the scenes every day.
